Our Services

We offer a wide range of medical services including specialty care, diagnostic imaging, and lab services. Our services are designed to meet the unique health needs of each patient.

Dr. Neelagaru focuses on the treatment of cardiovascular medicine, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, dysautonomia, and arrhythmias.


Southwest Cardiovascular Center is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. We are open Fridays from 8:00AM to 2:30PM. We do have extended hours one Saturday every month and one Thursday every month. Please call the office for more information.


Southwest Cardiovascular Center accepts most insurances. We are currently out of network with Aetna. If you have any questions, please contact your insurance to ensure that we are in-network with your plan prior to scheduling with us.

Through the use of the Service, Southwest Cardiovascular Center will receive the following information from our third party service provider: your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us, the text of messages that you send to other users of the Service, any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Service, as well as any comments or feedback regarding the Service that you send to us.


How Southwest Cardiovascular Center uses Personal Information about you

  • Filling out a paper form that includes their phone number, or
  • Signing up at a clinic location.

Opting out

Southwest Cardiovascular Center's third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by texting “STOP” or “QUIT” to any number your are texted from.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Children


The Service is not intended for children under 13, and Southwest Cardiovascular Center does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.  We will not offer text messaging to persons under the age of 18.  We do not collect the cell phone or emails from persons under the age of 18. Parents of children may request to be included in our text messaging.


Children aged 13 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.


Intended audience
